Catholicos Karekin II Received Youths from Artsakh

Yerevan-Armenia: H.H. Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians received a group of youths from Artsakh on February 20, 2023, at the Holy Etchmiadzin. The delegation included youths from Artsakh who are students at various higher educational institutions in Yerevan. 

According to Holy Etchmiadzin:

The students presented their initiatives to His Holiness, the aim of which is to once again draw the attention of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in RA to the humanitarian disaster created in Artsakh as a result of the blocking of the Lachine Corridor.

The Catholicos of All Armenians, conveying his paternal love and blessing to the young people of Artsakh, expressed his appreciation to them for their efforts and zealous spirit in overcoming the challenges facing Artsakh.

His Holiness also conveyed information to the young people of Artsakh about the work carried out by the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin aimed at solving the Artsakh problem, reopening the Lachin Corridor, and preserving the Armenian spiritual and cultural heritage in the areas under Adrabjan’s control.
