Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia Tests Positive for Covid-19

Belgrade-Serbia: Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia, the primate of the Serbian Orthodox Church has tested positive for Covid-19. The Primate of the Serbian Church will be isolated at his residence as part of the treatment. He will undergo appropriate therapy for a fast recovery.

The Patriarch will remain in constant contact with associates through electronic media and will oversee the necessary administrative tasks. However, his public engagements are duly postponed.
