Patriarch Kirill Presented Order of St. Seraphim of Sarov to Metropolitan Vladimir of Moldova

Moscow – Russia: Metropolitan Vladimir, Metropolitan of Chisinau, and all Moldova received the first degree of Order of St. Seraphim of Sarov from  HH Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on 13 October 2022.

The ceremony of decoration was held at the end of the synodal meeting that was held in Danilov Monastery.

According to the official patriarchal sources “The high award was presented to His Eminence in consideration of the diligent archpastoral labors and in connection with the 70th anniversary of his birth”.

Metropolitan Vladimir, Metropolitan of Chisinau, and all Moldova also hold the position of a permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church.
