Holy Land- Jerusalem: Patriarch Theophilus of Jerusalem, and other Christian leaders from Armenian Orthodox, and Catholic Churches inspected the floor of the Rotunda and the Seven Arches of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre on31/08/22. The work is being carried out by the University Sapientia of Rome. Armenian Church was represented by His Eminence Sevan with Archimandrite Samuel.

Christian Leaders in Jerusalem Inspects the progress of Work at the Church of Sepulchre

The renovation project will extend for 26 months and will cost €11.000.000. This is the second phase of the work that is being carried out. The first phase consisted of the successful renovation of the Edicule, which was completed by the National University of Athens.
