Bishop Justin Enthroned as Bishop of Western Europe

Paris – France: Bishop Justin (Jeremic), bishop-elect of Western Europe was enthroned as bishop of Western Europe on October 09, 2022, which was led by Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia in the Cathedral of Saint Sava in Paris.
The liturgy and enthronement services were attended by members of the Serbian holy synod, clergy, and faithful. The diocese seat became vacant due to the death of Bishop Bishop Luka (Kovačević) in December 2021.

This ceremony was also attended by leads of other orthodox churches, ambassadors, and government officials.
Archbishop Dimitrije of French from the Ecumenical Patriarchate, Archbishop Nestor of Madrid and Lisbon, Metropolitan Ioann of Dubna, Bishop Simeon of Domodedovo, and Bishop Yelisej of Reutovo (Archdiocese of the Orthodox Churches of Russian Tradition), and Bishop Irenei of London and Western Europe (Russian Church Outside Russia) attended the enthronement.
Bishop Justin was consecrated as bishop on the 12th of September 2021 by Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia as the Bishop of Hvosno and the Vicar Bishop of the Serbian Patriarch, at the Memorial Cathedral of Saint Sava.
