Moscow- Russia: Archimandrite Vladimir (Biryukov) Consecrated as the Bishop of Kainsky and Barabinsky (Diocese of Cain) at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow on February 15,2024. Archimandrite Vladimir (Biryukov) was elected by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on December 27, 2023.

Bishop Vladimir (Biryukov) of Kainsky and Barabinsky was born on February 12, 1966 in the town of Kolpashevo, Tomsk region.
