US Greek Archdiocese and Department of Health Join Hands To Serve Covid-19 Vaccines

New York- USA: The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of USA has joined hands with the US Department of Health and Human Services and NYC Health and Hospitals to boost the supply of Covid-19 vaccines. Five Greek parishes in the New York area served as mobile vaccination units.

“Our parishes are spaces for the public good, where we can gather, without judgment, to help one another care for the health of the whole person, soul and body. In this pandemic, vaccination is the surest way to keep ourselves and each other safe, especially our loved ones and neighbours most vulnerable to the Covid-19 virus” stated Elpidophoros, the Primate of the Greek Archdiocese of America.
