Romanian Orthodox Church Spend Over 5 Million Euros To Support Ukrainian Refugees

Bucharest-Romania: The Romanian Orthodox Church has spent over 5 million Euros to aid the refugees from Ukraine. The total amount 5.2 million euros (26 million lei). The Romanian Church has continued its extensive social and philanthropic activities in the backdrop of the war in Ukraine. Hot soup, food products, baby food, sanitary products, medicines, blankets, clothing, toys, etc. is being distributed to the refugees from Ukraine. A large number of volunteers toil day and night to serve the people who are fleeing from Ukraine due to the on going humanitarian crisis.
