OCP Delegate Received at St. Nektarios Monastery in Aegina

Aegina – Greece: OCP delegation led by Dr. John G. Panagiotou, head of Greek Affairs and Eastern Orthodox Theology of OCP Society was received at St. Nektarios Monastery in Aegina on October 18, 2022.
The pilgrimage to the monastery and tomb of St. Nektarios was made by Dr. John G. Panagiotou, Correna A. Panagiotou (wife of Dr. John G. Panagiotou), Angelena Gilroy, and ‘Man of God’ screenwriter/director Yelena Popovic. The pilgrimage included venerating the relics at the tomb of St. Nektarios in the convent that bears his name on the Greek island of Aegina and attending Divine Liturgy.
Later the delegation was received by and met with Gerontissa Timothea the Abbess of the monastery.
Dr. John G. Panagiotou is the Vice-President for Advancement & Development at the Cummins Seminary and a professor at Erskine Theological Seminary. Dr. Panagiotou also serves as the Head of Greek Affairs and Eastern Orthodox Theology at Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE (Pan-Orthodox Christian Society). He is the author of the best-selling book ‘The Path to Oikonomia with Jesus Christ as Our Lighthouse’.
