Kyriakos Mitsotakis Sworn in as Prime Minister by Archbishop Ieronymos II of Athens

Athens- Greece: Kyriakos Mitsotakis was sworn in as Prime Minister of Greece by HB Ieronymos II of Athens and All Greece on June 26, 2023. The swearing ceremony was held in the presence of President Katerina Sakellaropoulou. Kyriakos Mitsotakis was elected for his second term after an interim government led by Ioannis Sarmas.

The Prime Minister of Greece is usually sworn in through a ceremony led by the Archbishop of Athens.
