Feast of Saint George at the Patriarchal Residence

On 23 April, the Orthodox Church celebrates Saint Great Martyr George, the Trophy-bearer. On this day, the historical chapel of the Patriarchal Residence dresses feast vestments because it celebrates its protector, Saint George. Saint Daniel the Prophet and Saint Pious Parascheva are also saint patrons of the patriarchal chapel.
