Catholicos-Mooppan Marthoma Mathews III Expressed Solidarity with Abuna Mathias and the Ethiopian Church

Malankara-Kerala-India: H H Marthoma Mathews III (Catholicos-Mooppan and Malankara Metropolitan), the Primate of the Malankara Church (Indian Orthodox Church) sent a letter of solidarity to His Holiness Abuna Mathias of Ethiopia in the events of the recent split in the Church.

Catholicos-Mooppan expressed his prayerful support for the church and expressed deep concern for the split in the church. His Holiness also conveyed his support for the Ethiopian Church’s measures for unity.
