Moscow- Russia: Archimandrite Mitrofan (Evrokatov) Consecrated as the Bishop of Neftekamsk and Belebeevsk at the Patriarchal Assumption Cathedral of the Moscow Kremlinon on March 01,2024. Archimandrite Mitrofan (Evrokatov) was elected by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on December 27, 2023.

Bishop Mitrofan (Evrokatov) of Neftekamsk and Belebeevsk was born on February 5, 1987 in Ufa.
