Cairo – Egypt: Archimandrite Constantine Mbonabingi Consecrated as Bishop of Juba and South Sudan at St. Nicholas Cathedral at the Patriarchal Residence in the Hamzawi area of Cairo on April 07,2024. Patriarch Theodore II of Alexandria led the consecration.

Archimandrite Constantine Mbonabingi was elected by the Synod of the Greek Orthodox Church of Alexandria on February 15, 2024.

Bishop Constantine of Juba and South Sudan, will be enthroned on April 14,2024 of St John Climacus in Juba.
