Athens- Greece: Bishop Athanasios, the metropolitan elect of Ilia and Oleni was enthroned as Metropolitan of Ilia and Oleni on November 14, 2022, at the Holy Church of Agios Nikolaos.

The Enthronement was held in the presence of Archbishop Ieronymos of Athens and all Greece and members of the holy synod.

Bishop Athanasios was elected as Metropolitan of Ilia and Oleni on October 07, 2022, by the members of the holy synod.
