Patriarch Kirill Congratulates Abune Basilyos of Eritrea

Moscow- Russia: His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ has extended his heartfelt congratulations to His Holiness Abune Basil on his recent election and enthronement as the Primate of the Eritrean Orthodox Church.

In a message of congratulations, Patriarch Kirill expressed his confidence that under the leadership of Abune Basil, the Eritrean Church will continue to grow and flourish. He highlighted the importance of strengthening ties with the Christian world and expressed hope for the continued development of friendly relations between the Eritrean Church and the Moscow Patriarchate.

Patriarch Kirill concluded his message by invoking God’s blessings upon Abune Basil, praying for his good health and strength in his pastoral duties.
