Holy Etchmiadzin Hosts Farewell for Belarusian Ambassador

Yerevan-Armenia: His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, held a farewell meeting on May 7, 2025, with Mr. Aleksandr Konyuk, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Armenia. The audience took place at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin as Ambassador Konyuk concluded his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the meeting, His Holiness expressed his appreciation for Ambassador Konyuk’s dedicated service in Armenia. The Catholicos conveyed his confidence that the Ambassador would continue to play a positive role in fostering the advancement of relations between Armenia and Belarus in his future assignments.

In turn, Ambassador Konyuk shared his warm reflections on the years he spent serving in Armenia. He also spoke about his plans for the future as he завершает his tenure in the country.
