Constantinople- Turkey: On January 2, 2025, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew received Patriarch Sahak Masalyan of the Armenians in Turkey at the Phanar in Istanbul.

During the meeting, Patriarch Bartholomew extended his warm wishes to Patriarch Masalyan for the Holy Twelve Days of Nativity and the New Year.

This meeting signifies the continued dialogue and cordial relations between the two ancient Christian communities in Istanbul.
