Ecumenical Patriarch & Patriarch Kirill Congratulated Erdogan on His Re-election as the President of the Republic of Turkey

Istanbul-Turkey: His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople and His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia congratulated His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on his re-election as the President of the Republic of Turkey.
In the congratulatory message, Ecumenical Patriarch wished Erdogan a fruitful and successful new term for the benefit of every citizen of the country. Russian Patriarch in his letter congratulated the president and said that the results show that the citizens of Turkey trust the policy of transformations pursued by Erdogan in the social and economic spheres and mentioned the ties between the people of Russia and Turkey in recent years. Patriarch also expressed his hope regarding the development of good neighborly relations between the two countries and peoples.
