Ecumenical Patriarch’s Paschal Greetings to the Patriarch of the Armenians in Turkey

Constantinople – Turkey: His Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew paid a visit to the Armenian Patriarchate in Kumkapı, Constantinople, to extend his personal Easter greetings to His Beatitude Patriarch Sahak Maşalyan, the Patriarch of the Armenians in Turkey, on Easter Tuesday, April 22, 2025.

Accompanied by the Grand Protosyncellos Archimandrite Gregorios, His Holiness conveyed warm wishes of peace, joy, and resurrection hope on the occasion of Holy Pascha. The visit reflected the spirit of mutual respect and Pan-Orthodox fraternity between the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Armenian Patriarchate, as well as their shared commitment to inter-Orthodox dialogue and unity.

Patriarch Bartholomew also expressed his heartfelt blessings to the faithful of the Armenian community in Turkey through His Beatitude Patriarch Sahak, reinforcing the enduring bonds between the two ancient Orthodox traditions.
