Archimandrite Meletius (Kisnyashkin) Consecrated as the Bishop of Ardatov and Atyashevsky

Moscow- Russia: Archimandrite Meletius (Kisnyashkin) was consecrated as the Bishop of Ardatov and Atyashevsky at Transfiguration Cathedral  of the Transfiguration Valaam Stavropegic Monastery on July 11,2024. His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ led the consecration with members of Holy Synod.

Archimandrite Meletius (Kisnyashkin) was elected by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on May 30,2024.

Bishop Meletius (Kisnyashkin) of Ardatov and Atyashevsky was born on January 1, 1971 in the village of Zaitsevo, Krasnoslobodsky District, Mordovian.
