Archimandrite Vyacheslav (Sorokin) Consecrated as the Bishop of Kansk and Boguchansk

Moscow- Russia: Archimandrite Vyacheslav (Sorokin)  was consecrated as the Bishop of Kansk and Boguchansk at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow on August 01,2024. His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Rus’ led the consecration with members of Holy Synod.

Archimandrite Vyacheslav (Sorokin) was elected by the Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church on May 30,2024.

Bishop Vyacheslav (Sorokin) of Kansk and Boguchansk was born on April 29, 1986 in Pskov.
