Archimandrite Isaac (Bojadzhiyski) Consecrated as Bishop of Velbazhdski

Sofia-Bulgaria: His Holiness the Bulgarian Patriarch and Metropolitan of Sofia Neophyte led the consecration Archimandrite Isaac (Bojadzhiyski) as the bishop with the title ‘Velbazhdski’ on June 10, 2023, at the Metropolitan Cathedral “St. Nedelya” in Sofia.

The consecration was led by members of the synod on the leadership of His Eminence Metropolitan Gregory of Veliko Tarnovo.

Bishop Isaac was born on November 9, 1982, in the city of Bansko and was elected as a bishop at the synod on June 07, 2023.
