Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II Inspects Restoration of Houses in Old Homs

Damascus -Syria: Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II made a visit to Old Homs on 13th July 2021 and inspected the restoration works of residential houses that as destroyed in the Syrian Civil war in the region. The work is being carried out by the Syriac Patriarchate in collaboration with the Hungarian government.
H E Mr Bassam, the Governor of Homs and General Abdo Karam the head of the Police Force in of Homs, accompanied Archbishop Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury of Homs, Hama, Tartous and Environs and Archbishop Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Secretary.
