Yerevan-Armenia: Catholicos Karekin II of Armenia bestowed the order of St. Sahak-St. Mesrop of the Armenian Apostolic Church upon Judge Hrachik Sargsyan. He was honoured by the Armenian Church for his contribution in law and for patriotic and church-oriented activities.

An Encyclical of the Catholicos-Patriarch was read on the occasion which stated that “We know you personally and are familiar with your long-term productive activity. Your God-gifted life, as a devoted Armenian son, you have lived with filial love towards your native country, always striving to serve the graces, that the Lord bestowed you, to our faithful people”.
