Yerevan-Armenia: A meeting between the Catholicos Karekin II and President Mr. Armen Sargsyan of Armenia was held in the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin on 20th March 2021. During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues including the present situation in the Republic of Artsakh, war and humanitarian crisis in the region, the release of POW from Azerbaijan, and the protection of spiritual and cultural heritage.
They also discussed the present situation in Armenia and ways of overcoming the political crisis.
