‘The World Today is Dominated by Money, Media and the Corporate’ – Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria

Cairo-Egypt: The World Today is dominated by ‘money, media and marketing of the corporate firms’ stated Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria during the traditional lecture delivered (every Wednesday) in Cairo. These global powers do not identify with governments or political systems, rather they propagate and fuel wars and violence as they desire. They also employ a lot of methods including sophisticated approaches to shape the thinking and desires of the population.

Pope further stated that “Christians are called to confess and bear witness to the liberation of the Gospel” and urged the faithful to follow the valid suggestions propagated by St.Paul is to rethink and repent for challenging times and to keep hope in Christ.
