The Consecration of the New Romanian Orthodox Church in Vienna by His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel

Sunday, June 14, 2009, His Beatitude Daniel, Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, has consecrated the new Romanian Orthodox Church with the feast day of Holy Apostle Andrew in Vienna, Austria. The event was attended by representatives of the sister Orthodox Churches and of other Christian Churches, by state and local authorities, delegates of the Romanian Embassy in Vienna, priests and members of the Romanian Orthodox communities in Austria and in other European countries.
