Patron Saint’s Day of Belgrade Cathedral Church

On the day when our Holy Church celebrates Synaxis of Saint Michael the Archangel, His Holiness Irinej, Serbian Patriarch led the Holy Hierarchal Lityrgy in Belgrade Cathedral Church with the concelebration of His Grace Bishop Irinej of Australia-New Zealand and priesthood of the Archbishopric of Belgrade-Karlovac.
After the Holy Liturgy, His Holiness cut the slava cake with celebrants of Saint Michael the Archangel’s Day – Mr. Aleksandar Sterzovic and his family. Pious people of the capital filled the Cathedral church besides H.E. Aleksandar Konuzin, ambassador of the Russian Federation, and Mr. Vojislav Milovanovic, protomaster of the St. Sava Cathedral there were also Radovan Jelasic, Dejan Bodiroga with his family, Zdravko Colic, Milos Sobajic.
