OCP Delegation Meets Team Project Prayer Rope – PPR

Kerala: The delegation of Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE Society met with the members of Team Project Prayer Rope – PPR (Independent Makers of prayer ropes and related orthodox gadgets). It is an initiative of the faithful of the ancient Indian Orthodox Malankara Church. The meeting took place at St Peters and St Pauls Church Parumala on 20th Thursday, November 2014. The OCP Delegation consisted of George Alexander (Secretary), Ajesh Philip (Delegate of Indian- Subcontinent and Chief Project Coordinator – MARP) and Vipin Varghese (Director- Dept. of Public Relations).

Discussions were made on extending cooperation between OCP Society and Team Project Prayer Rope on various levels as well as promoting Indian Orthodox styled prayer ropes and other orthodox gadgets in the international market.

Team PPR was led by Fr Geevarghese Mekatthuand by Mr. Arun V Roy. Other members who participated in the meeting were Tijo George Thomas, Chinchu Sara, Joji Jacob, Sijo Joseph, Josh Joseph etc.

As a token of love OCP delegation presented Team PPR with an icon of St Gregory of Parumala and a copy of the new OCP publication titled Collected Writings on Orthodox Christianity.
