Iraq: Praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God for blessing the Assyrian Church of the East with the consecration of His Holiness Mar Gewargis III who was consecrated and enthroned today as 121st Catholicos-Patriarch of the See of Seleucia-Ctesiphon for the Assyrian Church of the East at St John the Baptist Church in Erbil, Iraq with the participation of numerous religious, political and diplomatic representatives along with a large congregation of faithful.
