Belgrade- Serbia: ‘The West seeks to destroy Serbian Orthodox Church just as Russian Church’ stated President Aleksandar Vučić of Serbia, according to a report by TASS news agency. The West is trying to destroy the Serbian Church in former Yugoslavia as well as the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine and some other countries.

“Some Western forces in the region view the Serbian Orthodox Church as the Russian Orthodox Church in the former USSR. Just like it is necessary to destroy the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine, some Central Asian countries, although they have failed to do so, the Serbian Orthodox Church should be destroyed as well,” according to President President Vučić.

‘The US is Determined to Destroy Global Orthodox Christian Unity’ – Sergey Lavrov

A few days earlier Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that United States of America is all set to destroy the unity between Orthodox Churches. He also stated that an extremely destructive role is played the Patriarch of Constantinople who tried to split the Orthodox Church in Ukraine.
