Cairo-Egypt: Tourism and Antiquities Ministry of Egypt has initiated the registration of the St. Tawadros (Al-Mohareb’s) Coptic Orthodox Monastery in Luxor as an antique property. The monastery  was established in the 16th century and it is located near the city of Habu in Luxor. Build of mud bricks, the walls of the monastic Church also include pharaonic stones. Helwan sulfur baths in Cairo,  Ajdab Mosque in Salloum were also registered as antiquities along with the Coptic monastery.
