Istanbul-Turkey: Turkish treasure hunters have damaged the historic 18th-century St. Toros Armenian Church in the Kayseri area. The historic Armenian Church of St. Toros in the region has fall victim to the atrocities committed by vandals.

Armenian lawmakers like Garo Paylan have questioned the inaction on the part of the Turkish minister of culture and tourism to act on the incident. The Turkish government remain silent over atrocities committed against the cultural heritage belonging to Christians. Such a pale attitude further acts as a motivation for Vandals to continue their unlawful activities.
