New Delhi-India: Three Orthodox Christians (George Jacob Muthoot, George Thomas Muthoot and George Alexander Muthoot) are among the richest among 100 Indians according to the latest survey held by the Forbes Magazine (Indian raking – 26 and Wold ranking 2356). They have a net worth of $1.3 Billion equally. George Alexander Muthoot serves as the Managing Director of the Muthoot Group, whereas George Thomas Muthoot and George Jacob Muthoot serve as the Joint Managing Directors. The billionaires are faithful of the ancient Malankara Church (Indian Orthodox Malankara Church), established by St. Thomas the Apostle.

The Muthoot Group is a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Kochi, in the State of Kerala. They have business interests in the areas of financial services, information technology, media, healthcare, education, power generation, infrastructure, plantations, precious metal, restaurant, and hospitality.
