Kiev- Ukraine: ‘The Great Schism of 1054 may repeat’, warned Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary and the Chancellor of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Because of the creation of Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU), the local Eastern Orthodox Churches remain divided.
“On different sides of the barricades there will be Churches faithful to Orthodoxy, and structures that will agree to be part of the simulacrum of world Orthodoxy”, stated Metropolitan Antony, reports UOJ.
