This weekend the celebrations for the feast of the Dormition of Virgin Mary took place at at the Church of the Tomb of St. Mary. Early in the morning clergy and faithful started the ‘pilgrimage walk’ from the Armenian Convent to the Church at the foot of Mt. of Olives. Divine Liturgy was celebrated thereafter.
