Slava of St. George church in Prizren

In Prizren the church slava was solemnly celebrated in Prizren yesterday in the church of St. George the Great Martyr. The joy of the festivity was even greater, because the feast of St. George was also slava of Bishop Teodosije of Raska-Prizren who led the Divine Liturgy with the concelebration of 14 priests and the choir of the Prizren seminarians. The Holy Liturgy was attended by many believers from all parts of Serbia and Montenegro, representatives of the municipality of Gracanica, KFOR, UNMIK and the Italian office in Pristina.
At the end of the Liturgy there was a solemn procession in which the relics of St. George the Great Martyr were carried. Archimandrite Sava, the heugomen of the Decani monastery cut the slava cake.
