SATSANG INAUGURATION AT STOTS

STOTS Seminary – Indian Orthodox Church

The inaugural session of Satsangh(theological association) for the first semester of this academic year was convened at STOTS on 11th July 2011 after the evening prayer. Former Principal of the Seminary Rev.Fr. Dr. Reji Mathew was the Chief Guest and the Resource Person. All the faculty members and students attended the meeting. With great joy, the Principal Rev.Fr.Dr.Bijesh Philip welcomed his predecessor.

Rev Fr. Dr.Reji Mathew inaugurated the satsangh by lighting the lamp. He took the first session of Satsang on the Malankara Metropolitan Pulikottil Joseph Mar Dionisius II. He said Pulikottil Joseph Mar Dionisius II was a great visionary of the church who led the church for more than fifty years with deep commitment. Thirumeni was a very dynamic leader and an ideal for all who are going to undertake the call of God as their Vision and Mission, and empower the Church through that. Rev. Dn. Basil Thomas , the new Satsang Secretary, registered the vote of thanks.
