Representation of nunnery in the elite village near Moscow was on fire, 80-year-old nun Died
Moscow, December 15, Interfax – The Patriarchate informed that fire in the elite Barvikha Village, the Moscow Region, representation of the Moscow Conception Nunnery was damaged, an elderly nun died.
“Her name was Cypriana. She lived in the monastery since its opening from early 1990s. She was about 80,” a source in the Patriarchate told an Interfax-Religion correspondent.
The fire destroyed the parochial house and spread to the church, the interviewee of the agency said.
