Religious leader congratulates Orthodox Christians of Azerbaijan

Caucasus Muslims Department chief Allahshukur Pashazade has congratulated the Archbishop of Baku and Azerbaijan, Alexander and the orthodox community of Azerbaijan on Christmas.
“On behalf of Muslims and personally on my own behalf I congratulate you and all representatives of the orthodox community of Azerbaijan on Christmas.
I share your happiness on occasion of this great holiday, I share the joy of this great festivity with our Orthodox brothers and sisters, because regardless of nationality and religion, we are all the creatures of the God”, the congratulatory message says.
The message notes that the ‘Great Holiday of Christmas is a good occasion to express satisfaction with the unique experience of interreligious cooperation in Azerbaijan, which is an example for the entire world’.
In conclusion, the Caucasus Muslims Department chief wished health, success and loving kindness to the representatives of the Orthodox community of Azerbaijan.
