Aloho m’barekh ! (Dieu vous bénisse )!

The visit to Egypt of Francis, the Pope of Rome, is important in several aspects as we are going through a turbulent and troubled period. Among these, it is that of the fraternal dialogue between two Apostolic Churches and, secondly, the inter-religious dialogue.
That is why we have prepared this visit, humbly, of our place, by prayer.
The Francophone Syro-Orthodox Church in France and its other missions unite in prayer to this visit of the Pope of Rome to the Pope of Alexandria of the Confession of St Mark, comfort for this wounded Church, this Church Martyrdom, honor of the Catholicity united in the Orthodoxy of the Faith and the Grace of the Holy Spirit.
We thank God for the signing of this agreement, hoping that there will not remain a “dead letter” like the one that was signed between their Holiness Shenouda and Paul VI.
Our Syriac Monastery being a Prayer Center for unity
Of the Apostolic Churches, the unanimity of the Christian Testimony
And the peace of the world, we shall continue to bear in prayer the effect of this important agreement.
Your faithfully and fraternally devoted in Our Lord. Aloho m’barekh! (God bless you )!
