Patriarchate’s Land in Jericho returned to the Armenian Orthodox Church of Jerusalem

Every year the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates Epiphany at the banks of the Jordan River, near Jericho, the site where John the Baptist baptized Jesus Christ. Divine Liturgy is celebrated, and there is a special blessing of the water.
