Patriarch Ignatius Aphrem II visited Homs and Celebrates Liturgy at the Orthodox Cathedral of Holy Girdle

Homs: His Holiness Moron Mar Ignatius Aphrem II the Patriarch of Antioch and all East visited the historic city of Homs on the day of Pentecost.The Patriarch celebrated Divine Liturgy and observed special prayers of Pentecost at the legendary St Marys Syriac Orthodox Church of the Holy Girdle.
Large number of Orthodox faithful and prelates gathered for the event and took part in the Divine Liturgical celebrations.
