Damascus: His Holiness Patriarch Moran Mor Ignatius Aphrem II of Antioch and All East – Primate of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church received the Grand Mufti of the Syrian Arab Republic, Sheikh Dr. Ahmad Badreddine Hassoun at Mor Ignatius Center in Maarat Saydnaya. They discussed about the current situation in Syria.
Later, both spiritual leaders along with their delegations visited the monastery of Virgin Mary, Lady of Saydnaya.
