Patriarch Cyril will visit Poland

Metropolitan Sawa yesterday ended his visit in Russia. During the visit he invited Patriarch of Moscow and all Rus Cyril to visit Poland. Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church accepted the invitation. His four-day visit in our country will begin on 16 August 2012.
Patriarch Cyril wants to visit all the local Churches in the order they appear in diptychs. So far, he visited the Churches of Constantinople, Alexandria and Antioch. Next time he will visit the Church of Jerusalem. The Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church is, according to the diptychs of the Church of Russia, on the 13th place.
