Paschal services in Vietnam

The Secretary of the Department for External Church Relations for the Far Abroad, priest Sergiy Zvonarev, served in the city of Vung Tau, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City services Good and Bright Week.
On 19-24 April 2011 in the parish in honor of Our Lady of Kazan, in the neighborhood of Russian specialists Vietsovpetro (the city of Vung Tau), when fellow believers came together, from among experts and employees, as well as residing in the city and beyond countrymen, the Paschal service and the earlier services of Holy Week. On Pascha Eve believers processed through the neighborhood.
The pastor also met with students of the school, located in the settlement of Russian specialists.
During Bright Week in the cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City celebratory services took place and Paschal food was blessed. There were meetings and discussions with fellow countrymen.
As is traditional, priest Sergiy Zvonaryov served a litiya at a memorial honoring the sailors of the Russian cruiser “Diana”, who died in 1905 and were buried in the cemetery on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City.
