Church of Serbia – 25/8/17

On Sunday August 20 St. Nicholas in Philly hosted the Pan Orthodox service of the Supplicatory Canon of the Mother of God. The service, sponsored by the clergy brotherhood of Greater Philadelphia is served during the Dormition fast, and hosted by various Orthodox Churches in Philadelphia. The service was edified by the beautiful singing of the Pan Orthodox Choir of Greater Philadelphia under the expert direction of Dan Drobish.

Serving were Father Victor Gorudenchuk of St. Stephens OCA Cathedral; Father Nicholas Dellerman president of the clergy brotherhood from  St. Peter and Paul Albanian Orthodox Church; Father Stephen Hutnik of the St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church Wilmington, Delaware; and host parish priest Prota Milorad Orlic. Also in attendance was Father Vincent Saverino and Matushka Patricia from St. Archangel Micheal OCA church in downtown Philadelphia.
