Over 800 Children Received Humanitarian Support from the Ukrainian Orthodox Church

Kiev- Ukraine: The annual charity event “Ryukzachok Mercy” was held on the 30th of August 2021, organized by the Mission, Social and Humanitarian Synodal Department of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Economically deprived Large families, are provided regulars support, including food packages through the charity event.
This year the department received additional request out of which 800 applications were fulfilled. ‘The department will try to help all those who applied for help in the near future’ stated Archpriest Serhii Ekshyyan, the head of the social mission department.
