CHENGAMANAD: Mathukutty Asan, a prominent figure in Parichamuttu kali was given a warm reception at Thuruthisserry on June 04, Friday.
His Grace Mor Athanasius Elias felicitated him by presenting a sword. Ashan was honoured by the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy Award in 2005.
